Workers' Compensation Wrap Up for 2005

It's been a very busy year for the workers' compensation system.  The governor's "reform" to the system took full effect as of January 1, 2005, making it more difficult than ever to secure the benefits injured workers are entitled to under the State's constitution.

As a consequence of these changes, Mr. Martin was invited to speak at nearly a dozen seminars throughout the state, instructing well over two thousand attorneys, vocational experts and other professionals in the latest trial techniques to secure quality medical treatment and fair benefits for injured workers of California.

Despite the challenges, our firm remains committed to the relentless pursuit of our clients' rights and benefits, and improvements to the system.

We wish you and yours a happy and safe holiday season.
